DESCRIPTION
A reimagined 1 Act Musical of the timeless story of David and Saul. Set in a renaissance time with a modern twist of original songs and action, David, a teenage shepherd boy is anointed by God to be future King of His people. David rises to prominence when he defeats the giant Goliath. Saul, the reigning king, becomes increasingly jealous of David’s success and popularity. Despite David’s loyalty and heart for Saul, the king's paranoia leads him to pursue David relentlessly. Eventually, Saul's reign ends in tragedy, and David takes his place as King, ushering in a new era of leadership and conquering the hearts of his people.

ABOUT STORYTELLERS CO.
CREATE
Storytellers Co. is a team of writers, composers, directors and designers who create original works for the stage. We exist and create to connect art and culture to God’s Kingdom through storytelling.
TRAIN
We train and disciple young artists in costuming, writing, music, dance and drama through our school holiday programs. We workshop biblical and innovative storytelling through creative streams online and in bible colleges. We facilitate specialised workshops in improv, stage combat and writing.
PROCLAIM
We exist to tell stories that impact lives and connect people to God. Our stories aim to reveal His character and presence on the earth and in the culture.
Jesus was a storyteller and He found creative ways to connect His Father’s Kingdom with the culture in a way that transformed the listener, drawing great crowds to His teaching and storytelling. We exist to do the same.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Binding Agreement
By submitting your booking, you acknowledge that a binding agreement based on the following terms and conditions is formed between your organization and Storytellers Co.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that certain circumstances may require changes to your preferred time or date for a Storytellers Co performance. While we will do our best to accommodate your changes, the following applies:
A minimum of 28 days notice is required if a booking needs to be rescheduled or canceled.
If the requested changes cannot be accommodated:
The 50% deposit made during the booking process cannot be refunded for cancellations made between 14–28 days prior to the scheduled date.
The full performance fee applies for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
Payments
Booking Deposit
Upon receiving your booking, Storytellers Co will send a confirmation letter outlining the time and date of the performance(s) along with a tax invoice for 50% of the total fee, payable within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Final Payment
After the performance(s), a tax invoice for the remaining 50% will be issued, with payment required within 7 days.
Payment Terms
All payments should be made within the stated terms to avoid disruptions.

Insurance
Storytellers Co carries full public liability insurance. For a copy of our insurance policy, please email hello@storytellersco.com.au.
Child Safety Compliance
All Storytellers Co team members hold valid working-with-children checks (Blue Cards) and have extensive experience working with children. For further details or copies of Blue Card information, please email hello@storytellersco.com.au.
Personal Information
Any personal information disclosed will be kept strictly confidential and may only be used for internal marketing purposes. Storytellers Co will not share your personal identification or contact details with unauthorized third parties without prior consent.
